Useful. does his job. The plastic material feels brittle, so I'm wary of my phone's stability.

it was intentional. The plastic material is questionable. Must have some metal parts as it seems a bit fragile. I haven't used it regularly as it looks like it could break and my $1000 phone could fall, but I definitely use something if you have no choice but to use your phone this way as a cheaper alternative to use an external camera monitor. for short periods.
