Came in a box, opened it up and found we were missing a wrench to tighten the wheel guard bolts - that's the reason for the first discount. The second conclusion was due to the guide being completely lame. However, you can figure it out if you have common sense and the right allen wrench. A few times my husband and I had to stretch/pull/adjust things to align the screw holes. We put our 16-pound dog in a harness, lined the floor of the wagon with a bed of memory foam, and tied her up. We only walked the block twice the first time, so he could get used to it. He sat quietly, looking out the window and enjoying the breeze. I think we'll stay in the neighborhood until we're sure that our skills will attract him and he's having fun too. Overall we are happy with our purchase.
