I didn't really think this tutu would fit a size 2T under a 10 but for the price and style it was worth a try. Unfortunately, although the waistband has a lot of stretch, it was too tight for my 5.5 year old who wears size 6 pants. She said it was too uncomfortable. I was very disappointed as it had a sliding layer so the tutu was more modest. This garment is perfect for a 2-3 year old child. Thanks for the uncomplicated return.
