Review on Clark Analytical Precision Laboratory Electronic Scales by Junrey Jewel

I have to say that this was an expensive scale and we use the scale every day for our work. I took a risk as the range from 20kg to 0.1g was VERY wide and I thought it might not be too accurate. I got it and of course it was off giving me weird readings. I contacted the seller and to my surprise and delight they really cared about what they are selling. They have personally calibrated other scales and sent them to me with very fast delivery and low price and this one worked beautifully! I would calibrate it myself, but it required a 20kg weight to calibrate, which I didn't want to spend another $80 on. The company and especially Mary from Great Wall Instruments have helped me phenomenally! When it comes to customer service you won't find anything better and buy with the confidence that this company will take care of you and help you if you run into any problem. I have to mention something. On a flat countertop, make sure you level it as level as possible (use a spirit level) and give it about an hour to warm up. You MUST do this to get an accurate reading. You have to understand that this thing has a VERY wide weight range, so it really needs to be VERY level, and even a small room fan can change the reading a little bit. Overall, I was only off by 0.1 grams with the interchangeable scales between 2 kg and 10 grams (with my smaller calibration kit). That's actually very decent and acceptable.
