I bought these along with another set for my 8 and 11 year olds because they have distance learning this year. I can't say 100% if blue light glasses will help me or if they will help at all, but I can say they didn't convince my kids. They didn't care what kind of light they felt. Said they were thin and the plastic edges were sharp. They also thought that the glasses on their heads were too small. My son (who has an awfully small 8 year old bowler hat) thought they were too tight. They liked the children's suitcases, but it wasn't enough to store them. The problem of size and quality was insufficient. In the end, they decided to keep the remaining points. I don't blame them, I'd tell them the same thing if they chose them over any other set. Too bad they have a prettier shape.
