I had very high expectations for this chair and they were only increased when I opened and assembled the chair. All the components and materials are of really high quality, and the design is stylish and functional. I was even willing to give it 5 stars after sitting in it and feeling the good fit, adjustability and flexibility. The problems started after a few hours of use and only got worse over the course of a few days. These chairs seem to want to unnaturally distort my body instead of supporting it. I've tried it with and without back and neck pillows, dozens of different pillow positions, with/without back blocking, etc. etc. No position was comfortable for more than about half an hour. An aggressive concave back curve wants to force you forward. Using the provided cushions to prevent this only results in the majority of the back being unsupported and putting too much pressure on certain areas. Overall, this is a quality chair that is great in many ways, except for one very important aspect: sitting in it.
