If like me you are looking for a humidifier that is really easy to clean and doesn't just pretend to be easy to clean then this is it to you. Here are a few reasons why it beats other claims that it's easy to clean. 1.) Has no gutters or non-removable floats/sensors in the pool. In fact, there aren't even any corners EXCEPT for the air intake chimney which is actually built into the tank wall and not standing alone in the center of the tank like others. Aside from the ultrasonic plate, the sink is basically like a round bowl. Hassle-free cleaning at its finest. 2.) There are no unnecessary grooves or textures on the top of the cover to make it difficult to wipe clean. It has texture, but the textures are flat and don't hold dust. 3.) You can disassemble everything so you can clean every single component that comes into contact with water or mist. As an added bonus, we mention that there aren't too many parts to clean. 4.) The central tube that the mist rises through is actually wide and just enough that you can stick a sponge in there to give it a thorough clean. 5.) The body of the humidifier is one piece, but there are no sharp creases that can't be removed or edges that you can cut if you reach out to wipe it clean. Filling from the top or adding a big hole does NOT mean it's easy to clean. It just makes it "easier" to clean than the ones you can't get to at all, which isn't saying much. Other things often either have lots of cuts and troughs in the pool, complicated water flow mechanisms, details you can't see, or corners, creases and/or holes you can't reach without using special tools. And if you plan on using essential oils in that humidifier, then being able to clean everything thoroughly is even more important to you. Now for the other aspects of this humidifier that I love. It has a decent mist output for a quick rise in humidity. Night mode actually turns off all lights instead of just dimming them like other humidifiers. -Very simple and easy to use. or in the dark, you'll be less likely to activate all other functions simply by running your fingers over them. Simplified design and aesthetics. I really don't have much to say now as it does what I bought it for. R. It's missing some features like multiple colors or a humidity slider, but those are things that depend on your specific needs. Note, however, that this humidifier does not work with a separate humidistat as it does not start misting automatically. as soon as the power comes back. You have to manually press the power button on the humidifier every time, so the automatic adjustment is not good. I recommend a humidifier for this. Overall 10/10 would buy again. Definitely the best moisturizer I've ever used for the price.
