Great for Anxiety !
I have anxiety and my son has SPD, these help both of us. They are small enough not to draw attention when in public and I love that you get so many of them in one pack. We keep them in our vehicles, the living room, my purse, and even his grandparents house. It's nice to have a bag to store the extra ones in so if we lose one, it is easily replaced.
