It's hard to rate something like this in terms of comfort as everyone's expectations, physical condition and baths/spas are different. I have a lot of spine problems in my neck and back. I also have a standard size bathtub. In doing so, I found a way to position this pillow for superior comfort and support for my neck, shoulders, and upper back. I didn't have the issue of other reviews where the pad was sucked so hard that the pad went flat and/or the suction cups deformed. When I put the pillow dry in the bath, the suction cups hold up well. If there is water in the tub, the suction cups will continue to work. However, as soon as I put Epsom salts in the water, the suction cups don't work at all. They come off when I move. Epsom salt makes the water very soft and the fact that the cups stay put even when I'm not moving is a plus. I keep it because the problem is what I add to the water. It consists of a net and a small loop that can be hung in the shower to dry and can also be machine washed on a gentle cycle for cleaning. It also dries pretty quickly. Overall I love it - it's a keeper!
