I like that it's easy to set up, but also very customizable so you can easily adapt as needed.

It is not intuitive at all - there are too many different ways of doing things which makes setting everything up quite difficult (and time consuming). There should be an easier way of creating templates instead of having to create them from scratch each time. If someone has used this product before then they will know what i'm talking about! This tool was created in order to help my team with project management tasks by using kanbans within email threads.
