I received my bag today and I love it! It looks just like the photos and videos on Revain. I don't know why the customer photos show a completely different bag but I gave it a try and I'm very glad I did. The bag makes a very robust impression and is perfect for work. One downside is that I have a 15.6 inch Toshiba laptop which is just over 1/2 inch thick and barely fits in the padded area. Keep in mind that the standard photo shows a depth of 4 inches, but the soft part is less than 1 inch, most likely designed for thin MacBook or other thin laptop. If you have a bulky 15.6-inch laptop, it probably won't fit in. Also, the quality of the bag is excellent and I think it will last a very long time.
