Sizing is just off too big waste to too short legs.
I absolutely love the feel of the clothes and they seem to be good quality. The b shirt fits better than the pants. I bought 3-4t for my 2 year old (just turned 2) the pants are too short and the waste is almost too big. So maybe they would fit in the waist at 3 or 4. but the length would be WAY too short at that age.
