Very disappointed! in waxing

Don't waste your money. I wanted to take it with me on a longer vacation because of its compact size. We tried it at home before leaving and the device didn't even heat the wax! It was too late to return it then. I hope I get my money back when I get home and I can handle it, but I'm not counting on it.
