While the boots look and feel very high quality, they were definitely not waterproof. My son didn't jump in any puddles, he just walked from the parking lot to school and they were wet inside. Also, after 2 days, the sole inside peeled off and the lining underneath started coming out after 1 month. We live in Seattle and this should have been enough to keep his feet dry and warm but now I'm looking for new boots in December because I decided to buy these boots. Do not do that. Spend your money honestly elsewhere.
