this works quite well, it's been pretty hot this summer and you only need enough to cover your skin, you don't need a ton, it was over 90 and humid and that's okay. Sometime many years ago I got a candida rash and kept getting it and had to use doctor's antifungals or castor oil to keep it at bay. It works and I haven't had a recurrence of the rash. This is a big thing for me. I would no doubt get it this summer and since buying the bottle I have NOT had a single rash problem. This stuff works and prevents sweating and boggy butt if you apply it where you need it. I see a lot of reviews from people saying it doesn't work, I don't know if maybe they are really big guys or not investing enough. This works for me. I am very athletic and do cardio, boxing, lift weights and wear jeans all summer. I would recommend it to anyone who has rash problems, I wouldn't buy it just for sweat because it would be ok if it was just sweat but it prevents rashes for me as there is no sweat and therefore no bacteria or candidiasis- nurturing environment.
