The flash flashes when I press the shutter button on my Nikon, but at the same time I'm not sure if it's not properly seated or what because it's the camera The built-in lightning bolt climbs up to these until stopped midway by a Neewer bolt. Since the built-in flash pops up, but not fully, the shutter speed increases as if the flash weren't being used, and (not in manual mode) other settings don't compensate for this, resulting in blurry, crappy photos. The diffuser that comes with the flash is cheap, flimsy plastic. I'm sure it won't be long. I'm incredibly disappointed with this flash - and also with a stalemate as I have a wedding shoot the day after tomorrow. I was planning on using this flash for my second camera so I wouldn't have to switch flashes from one camera to another, but I need to use the one I have and do just that. I had to take the same brand that I already have. I will definitely return this.
