Review on Logitech Tablet Keyboard and Stand Combo for Android 3.0+ by Brian Elliott

After a few months using my Kindle Fire HD, I realized that I can actually use it for a lot more than a simple e-book, web browser, movie viewer, and email review. The desire became a necessity when I started teaching a college seminar where my students didn't use my laptop for PowerPoint presentations and I had to view annotations on my Kindle Fire HD. So I decided to order the Logitech Tablet Keyboard for Android 3.0 Plus. Setup was easy: insert a AAA battery into the keyboard, turn it on, and enter the code into your Kindle Fire HD to lock the keyboard. I've found that I can type at top speed on this keyboard without making a noise and without errors, making my Kindle Fire HD a great note-taking device or even a typewriter when I'm away from my laptop or desktop. I don't see the lack of dedicated function keys as a problem. I didn't miss a dedicated mouse or another pointing device either. The Kindle Fire HD's touchscreen is perfect for this, and the exit and save buttons make it redundant 90% of the time. What I like most about the Logitech keyboard is its body. This allows me to safely store my lightweight keyboard in my computer bag and only take it out when needed. And the case lets you create a mini workstation by holding your Kindle Fire HD horizontally or vertically to mimic a laptop screen. After almost two months of use, the keyboard still looks and works like new.
