I like that you can use all kinds or software for your computer without paying anything! It's free!! And i also love how easy they are when trying new things out because everything has instructions included so there isn't much confusion about what exactly needs done next time around :) nothing really but if something does come up then just ask someone from their support team who will be happy help get back into working order again :). You should try them at least once even though everyone might say no one uses it anymore (but trust me people still do). They've helped us fix our broken printer/scanner issues multiple times now which was great as we don;t have any money left over after fixing those problems haha lol. The only thing would maybe improve upon could possibly add some extra features such as being able to scan documents straight through instead having first had to print off copies before scanning these ones we needed.
