Print LOST! Almost $400 for faded prints?!

Purchase of Replacement HP Toner (Brand) - All Colors and Black. My printer is young (this is my first replacement). The print is light and fades to one side. I've tried all troubleshooting methods. The HP software reports that the toner is 100% full. The HP website says the printer is out of warranty, but I have disputed my proof of purchase. They say they will reply within 1 business day. More than a week has passed. Just having access to the virtual robot's chat doesn't help. I don't know if my printer needs (needs) service or if the toner is defective. I PURCHASED TONER FROM HP - UNDER THE HP BRAND! So what should I do? Spend another $400 or so on all that toner and HOPE it works?! Should I check the printer and pay out of my own pocket even if it's still under warranty but HP won't admit it and the dispute resolution system doesn't work? I never/rarely write reviews of things. But it's so annoying. I spent $320 on a color laser MFP, $296 on HP color toner, and $103 on HP black toner. That's $719 for a printer that just renewed me the toner it came with (which only came out with about 650 pages). I can't find anyone to talk to about support. And they don't respond to my warranty dispute. My warranty expires on 3/11/21 (2 years after purchase) - that's in a week. There is still a week of guarantee, no one answers. $719 for 650 printed pages. Worst consumer experience. Seriously, what should I do? Buy another $400 HP toner and hope it works? Can I get a refund for bad toner? The toner is fine, but my printer is broken (bad drum). NO HELP. I just feel betrayed and robbed. Terrible feeling.
