It smelled bad when I opened the packaging and I have a German shepherd who is very picky , as far as eating with. I had to fill it up with quality meat for him to eat and I gave the last pack I ordered to the SPCA because I didn't like the smell myself. Got a few bags to make sure it wasn't me but my dog and I just winced when we opened the second bag. I returned to the Blue Desert. The only reason I left them was because during Covid they increased their monthly order prices and went up $20. They came back for the price and my 2 dogs loved it. I'm sorry Rachel Ray, but this dish wasn't prepared in your kitchen. Even you would turn up your nose.
