Where are the Prongs?

I purchased these folders specifically because I need folders with prongs. Yet, for whatever reason, I ended up spending $14 on 8 plastic folders with pockets.? Delivery was fast, so that’s a good note. The folders seem sturdy. So if you just need folders to put a few pieces of paper in, these are decent. However, I wouldn’t spend $14 on them. I will be returning soon.
