I like that this is an all-inclusive solution for our needs, since we have several clients with different types of data and business processes. Not having to purchase multiple products would be nice! That said, so far there are some minor issues which need attention from their team - mainly related to the UI/UX (user interface). We're using it primarily as part of Salesforce Data Management Platform but intend to use other parts too in future. Using syncsort helps us achieve better visibility into customer transactions across various channels including web order entry, sales force automation systems, etc., thereby enabling faster decision making during critical moments such as quoting or contract negotiation phases.
