Our Pets The vet told me that none of the collars worked, and if they did, it might only be in the neck. Also, the vet told me that topical formulas don't work either. The best choice, the vet said, is an internal flea treatment. I don't like giving internal medication to our pets so I use local formula plus, professional pet spa baths and collars. They still itch and itch.
