These pants are nice and soft but they are much smaller than any other size 10 I have bought my daughter for have . The waist is adjustable, so no problem. The length is the problem. Her size 8 is longer than these pants so she loved it. I ended up buying another brand that fits the bill. If your daughter is shorter than most children her age then this is probably a good fit.
