Worked with no sleep issues as stated by others here. 1) I'm using Windows 10. 2) I've updated the Intel graphics driver. 3) I installed the latest StarTech software from StarTech.com/download. 4) I went to windows settings/display and enabled the new output coming from the USB port. 5) I also disabled the laptop's built-in monitor. 6) I click save and voila, dual monitor setup. I put my laptop to sleep and then try to wake it up. No problem.
