The user interface is very intuitive for both admins as well end users - so it's easy even without IT support. It has been used by many customers within our customer group with no issues at all! No major dislikes that can be identified but I think everything works great when using this solution together with Service Now. And also we had some minor difficulties while trying to integrate into an existing system which was solved over time though contacting their help desk team. Some additional features would have made my life easier if working from home or remotely sometimes.
