The company has excellent designers, the chairs look very good, the materials are well-chosen and they are really comfortable, but here is the production . there is clearly no normal Quality Control Department, even the stickers do not match according to the instructions, the assemblers themselves do not understand in what sequence to assemble the chair or do not want to. Of course, I understand that after welding the part leads, but in order for everything to be so crooked . in order to fasten the horizontal leg, I had to bend the vertical legs together so that the holes matched and the bolt could be tightened. The threaded bushings in the horizontal leg are also installed crookedly, at an angle, some bolts are twisted literally for a couple of turns. In general, everything is crooked, oblique, but it is difficult to assemble, since I have experience, I assembled it myself, the main thing is not to immediately tighten the bolts during assembly so that there is free play at the legs. Designers are a big plus, the production workshop, of course, a minus. And I almost forgot, the first time they sent me with a torn chair upholstery, while the plastic bag was intact, as if it had been torn at the packaging stage, I had to re-order, since the money was quickly returned.
