This wasn't the first time I made a balloon garland so I more or less knew some tricks and with the help of my kids we assembled it in about 2 hours . Some balloons were easier to inflate than others (as usual the smaller sizes are more difficult) but overall it was great. I wish it had more clear ones with glitter because they ran out halfway through and we had to add some clear ones from another set of balloons we bought from another seller for a different project. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it! We used it for a fall birthday party for our birthdays in October - a 77, an 11 and a 67. It was beautiful and everyone loved it.
