missing parts and sloppy trimmings

I just put this together for my granddaughters upcoming birthday. I bought it a month and a half ago, so the return period has expired. 12 screws were missing during assembly. so I had to get my own. Then when I put on the siderals, one had the wrong side (bottom) of the slot inaccurate. therefore the flat bottom of the bed does not fit into the grooves on either side. So when you mow the flat ground, rough edges will be revealed, as well as a sloppy haircut at the bottom of the crib. I hope I can call the number provided by the manufacturer to get a replacement side panel.
