The quality is good but they are big. Size 1-3 fits my 4 year old fine (she's either 4T or 5T depending on the brand, she has long skinny legs) but this size was too big for my 18 month old daughter (who normally wears 18-24 months ) . Being metallic they are not as stretchy as regular tights but my 4 year old says they are comfortable and enjoys wearing them.
