This bag is exactly what I've been looking for when I'm at the gym or outdoors. Your phone is inserted from the top and held firmly inside. The headphone jack has a hole in the bottom of the case for easy plugging in your headphones, and there's a small Velcro tab on the side that you can use to wrap an unused headphone cable around it to keep it from dangling. while you exercise. The band itself fits me fine, but I can see where some other people might need extra lengthening if you have super muscular arms. For me (the average guy) this is close to the limit of how big the hole can be, but it still fits snugly and stays tight. I have a thin case on my phone that makes the phone a bit bigger and still fits in this bandage without taking the phone out of the case which is what I was looking for. I can put my phone, case and all in the armband, work out, and then quickly remove my phone and case and put back in my pocket when I'm done.
