Sound quality is good for what I use it for, mostly hands-free when talking on my phone. The slanted design means there is a right ear and a left ear and otherwise uncomfortable to wear. Since the microphone is on the left side, it means I have to keep it in my left ear when making calls. (I like to leave one side out so I can hear what's going on around me, so I only use one earbud). It gets awkward on long conversations and I love switching my ears and it's awkward with this slanted design. They are no more comfortable than my daughter's straight design, so I would prefer the straight design to the slanted design.
