Product and service OUTSTANDING! A few years ago my dentist made an upper jaw mouthguard that helps me grind my teeth at night. This protection fitted well but cost me over $300. It started to wear out earlier this year and I didn't want to spend that much money again so I tried one of these DIY kits - very cheap but totally useless to me. My gums are sensitive and I need a soft thin material like the one my dentist gave me. I contacted Impact Nightguards and they recommended a 2mm soft material. I wanted to try even lighter material but it didn't fit and Impact immediately replaced the mouthguard with what they originally recommended. I had questions about the imprint process and they responded immediately via SMS and email. When the first mouthguard arrived and I realized I needed what they originally recommended, they immediately redesigned my mouthguard at no extra charge. Your customer service is outstanding and my new Impact mouthguard feels and fits better than my original dental unit.
