I see a lot of conflicting reviews about how good this product is or how great it used to be but now it feels different or how awful it is and people understand good ones ratings do not. It's easy to overlook the fact that there are TWO formulas for Cetaphil Cleansers. There is a daily facial cleanser and a gentle facial cleanser. On the packaging there are no differences, except for one word - casual or gentle. I've accidentally bought a gentle cleanser so many times because it's usually sold on Amazon and I'm missing a little difference in labeling. The daily cleaner is fantastic. It removes all make-up and leaves the skin fresh without drying it out. The gentle cleanser removes almost nothing and feels like a slimy film. If you find that you have had a bad experience with Cetafil, double check what kind you bought. I usually have to buy my daily cleanser from my local pharmacy as it's rare on Amazon. But it's worth it. Try it and you will see the difference.
