Review on πŸ‘‘ Little Tikes Princess Horse Carriage: A Magical Ride Fit for Royalty by Jeremiah Vishwasrao

Super cute, but there are problems.

My daughter got it for her first birthday. That's great! I knew assembly was going to be a little tricky from reading other reviews. It wasn't that bad, really. I guess after 4 kids I'm used to packing the kids stuff (I spent Christmas Eve packing way too late). Mine also came with a cracked trunk lid, misaligned mane and missing axle covers. Little Tikes did a great job of shipping things out as quickly as possible. So for the better - it's cute - it can be a van or ride it on foot - it has rubber coated wheels instead of those horrible plastic wheels that come with most vans. It runs much quieter on cement. - It's easy to pull or push the handle. - My 4 year old found it much easier than juggling a foot on the floor than our step 2. Never seemed to walk straight. I can't even click on it because it upsets me. - There's a cup holder for the baby (although my daughter's favorite spill-proof cup with a handle doesn't fit.) We shouldn't have any trouble getting what's coming. delicious? I've had so many comments about how amazing it is and how they've never seen anything like it before. Not great - I was very disappointed with the box of clips. I kind of hear it when it's quiet (which doesn't really happen when a bunch of kids are playing). I'm not sure what I expected. A battery powered sound box would be 1000 times better. Given that the volume of most children's toys is incredibly loud, it shouldn't be too hard to turn on something similar and more appropriate. The yellow color on the reins is not as good as the stock photos. not very deep. I doubt I would trust my stuff to stay there. A drink holder for parents would be nice too. The plank should be sunken at least a few inches. Now everything is fine for my 18 lb 12 month old but I can see the legroom is dwindling fast. My 4 and 7 year olds fit in for rides although it looked silly because they were so flattened. (It was still easy to pull, which is great) - The center of gravity seems a bit high. I'm afraid of tipping over when my boys drag it over uneven ground. I would buy it again due to the cute factor, but I'd be a lot more impressed and satisfied if they improved it. I also understand that many companies make their prototypes/stock images look better than the actual product, but I wish Little Tikes wouldn't do it.
