I have a large selection of Klipsch products that I use for my regular surround setup. When I received them I expected the same quality you would expect from the Klipsch brand. Unfortunately, this is not one of those products. After receiving and plugging in the product for the first time, I noticed a rattling noise coming from the subwoofer when the bass hit. So I took the back panel off and there was a piece of wood in there that was glued on and it came loose and just rattled. After I removed the free-floating piece of wood and reassembled it, the wireless subwoofer worked as expected. A few days later I'm now hearing this strange distortion noise coming from the subwoofer. The easiest way to get rid of this is to turn the soundbar off and on again. The distortion disappears immediately but eventually returns. Unfortunately, I had already removed the box, so I'll stick with it. Needless to say, QA isn't up to scratch and I'd skip this set at all costs.
