I have not received any successful prints. First of all, before my first print, here's what happened: 1.) The software (Cura Lulzbot Edition) for the Workhorse model wasn't easy to find as it was in a list of other downloads on a web page that looked like a block of text. (Come on guys, this is a high-end printer. The least you can do is make the UI on your website look decent. Let me know if you need any help.) So I settled for the randomly last file on the list (which would make sense). I could not find the Workhorse model option after downloading this version. I later found out that the correct download was another random download somewhere in the middle of this poorly labeled list. By the way, I forgot to mention that I sent an email to the Lulzbot support team to ask what could be wrong, but after almost a week I still haven't received an answer. So after trial and error I found the right download which worked in the end. 2.) After that I had to replace a small amount of the included filament but for some reason I couldn't get it out. After 15 minutes of investigation, I discovered that the material had somehow melted into a lump larger than the filler neck. Since the feeding mouth is plastic, I didn't want to force it out, otherwise the printed feeding mouth would most likely break. I didn't want to risk voiding the warranty on this expensive printer. I practically had to insert wire cutters into a very narrow passage to cut the drop from the rest of the filament and free it. Then I had to extract the drop from the tape, which took another 20 minutes. After that, I had no trouble feeding the included filament sample into the extruder. 3.) Then I was finally ready for my first print! nope After pressing the print button, the printer started calibrating. Immediately after that, it started alarming with an error message that the heatbed is not heating up. Exactly what I needed. I disconnected and reconnected all the cables going to the moveable bed and tried again. Guess it didn't work. So here I am, a few weeks after receiving and assembling this thing. and I still can't type. The most expensive paperweight I've ever bought. Incredibly disappointed. I'm still waiting for the Lulzbot team to reply to my initial email so I can file a claim for the faulty hardware. Even if they do want to take it back, it's not going to be easy, quick, or cheap to take apart and repackage this beast. and if I try to dig deeper and fix it, I risk voiding my warranty and being stuck with an expensive paperweight. I only gave it two stars because I think it would be a good printer if it worked.
