I bought this cuff to help with my Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. It was very easy for me to wear it for a long time because it was very light and air could flow through my arm. It gave me just the right amount of pressure to stay fairly pain free day and night. A big improvement over other braces I've tried. The only problem I had was putting it on because I only had one hand to put it on! I would definitely recommend this case to others looking for a lightweight case to help them with hand health issues.
