It didn't install properly and was blurry

We tried both the hanging mount and the double-sided adhesive mount. A pull tab slides the filter out of the screen on either side, enough to cause blur on the sides of the screen. Not good. So we tried the double sided tape, this time the filter came off right in the middle of the screen causing blur, it was worse.
