Like the Tardis, it's larger on the inside. I was able to fit 2 paperback textbooks, 3 notebooks and my laptop and still had so much space to study. When I travel, I usually pack my clothes in a backpack for up to 4 days. I rolled up 4 t-shirts, 2 jeans, 2 pants, a laptop, chargers, 2 books and some toiletries including a small cosmetic bag. Somehow there was still a good 2 cm of space left in the main compartment! Even a very full clasp still closes. It really keeps its shape. It's pretty hard and angular, but that doesn't bother me. It still looks new after a year, so it's very durable. I don't use the charging port often, but a few times it works great!
