Bigstep is a cloud platform that offers VMs on demand and allows us to use the latest hardware and software. You can deploy software on the cloud from different sources such as AWS, Google, GCP, Azure, etc. This makes the system more flexible and easier to manage. I don't have any downsides about the software. I think that the cloud platform is great for companies that need to use a cloud, but have limited resources. I like the easy access to the cloud, and the flexibility of having different versions of software. The software can be updated.
