I ordered XL women for myself. The bottom is good but the top might be too big for me. I wish we could change that. In any case, it's beautiful. Fits perfectly so far. I'm 157 pounds and 5 feet 4 inches tall. I'm Asian and I usually wear a size 10 or 12. I usually have an L in my underwear and my bust size is 38C, but as I'm a new mom and breastfeeding I'm now a 38D. Child size is small. I ordered 3T for my two and a half month old son. It's big for him, but I ordered it anyway because I want him to use it for at least four to five years. 2T probably isn't too bad for him since he's tall; he is 14lbs. I ordered XXL for my husband. He weighs 180 pounds and is 5 feet 6 inches tall. It fits perfectly. His pants size is usually 40-42 and he still wears a belt. I hope this helps other families interested in buying this.
