Very Effective Visualization Tool for Customer Insights
The user interface has been very easy to learn with no coding experience required at all! I've used other mapping tools over time but this one was by far my favorite because it's so simple yet effective. It would be great if there were more features available (like heatmaps). Also some things like filtering data are not as intuitive or convenient compared to others out there such as Tableau Software. We're able to visualize our customer information easily using map dot net which makes us feel much closer to them than before.
Pros
- Simple UI
- Easy implementation for beginners who do NOT have any programming background.
- Very powerful visualizations that can show you exactly what your customers need in order help improve their lives through better service delivery, etc
- Lots o' options when creating maps from scratch vs just looking something up already made online; )
Cons
- There is nothing really too dislike about MAPdotNET
