This has happened twice in a row. The first time I thought it was just a mistake. The second time is clearly wrong. The item you order is a "refreshingly clean" box, but you get "natural care" (both pickles), which is a lot worse. It's drier, sticky to the touch, and has a chemical odor. Warning, you will not receive what you see in the ad. In my photo, on the left is a natural care (which you will receive) and on the right is a "refreshing cleansing" (a packet I had a long time ago). As this has happened twice already, this time I decided to request a refund but I canceled this request because they force you to return. I will not walk into a UPS store with coronavirus and risk getting sick just because they scammed me with false advertising. Refreshing cleaning is great! It's not like this! JMHO.
