I ordered this because our bathroom doesn't have a first aid kit and I didn't like the stuff on the countertop. I chose this one because it's not as deep as others I've looked at so it fit us well and was deep enough to hold the items I wanted to store in it. Installation was pretty easy and took about 20 minutes. The guide recommends 2 people and it was really helpful. The instructions were clear. The only tools we needed were a screwdriver and a spirit level. We also used our own heavy-duty drywall anchors, although a few anchors were included. It's well built for durability. I will say that after tightening the screws seem to rotate to an extent, but we tightened them until they first started rotating and stopped there. The device holds together very well and doesn't feel cheap. I recommend checking the dimensions to make sure it fits where you want it and has enough space for whatever you want to store. I am very happy with it. It's exactly what I wanted and it's well built.
