Review on 🌀 Hydra Smart Ceiling Fan 80in Matte Black 8-Blade – Indoor and Outdoor, with 3000K LED Light Kit and Wall Control by Peter Schwartz

I love the look of this fan, but that's where my preferences end. It has arrived and has been professionally installed. The knives don't turn. light works. But when the fan button is pressed, it just beeps and the blades don't rotate. I called support and stayed on the line for 45 minutes to listen to repeated tapes saying "BUSY". I am certain this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm sure this company could care less about my satisfaction now that they have my money. By the way, this was not a cheap fan. I paid what I felt was a high price and got a cheap product with ZERO customer service. Revane should be ashamed doing business with such a shady company. I feel very left out.
