I love epsom salt baths
I never understood why everyone loved epsom salt baths until I used it as a cup plus salt. you need a lot A certain floating feeling of relaxation arises. Maybe I'm not that sensitive, so I'll use more. Maybe because I'm not small. I think the idea is that you absorb the magnesium and calm it down. anyway it's good. I will save it for super busy nights or use the bag every 2 weeks.
