For the money these phones do what I expect them to do when listening to music from my iPhone or iPod Touch (my favorite player). Sure, they're good for listening to books, but they also deliver a natural, appropriate sound for instrumental music. My only reservations about this: 1. The microphone is unusable for me (additional cost and worry about the device being free). 2. While I totally agree with the built-in "memory foam tips" - mainly because they never fall out - the foam on top is so hard and firm that it doesn't expand or contract in response to the ear's body heat. I'd pay a few bucks more for phones with tips that are closer to Comply's foam tips. Otherwise there are no complaints. I've found that spending a lot of money on headphones is usually a bad investment. They break too easily or get misplaced. Don't expect too much from a headphone and it should last for the next 3-6 months.
