When I first bought these headphones I thought they sounded fantastic. However, less than 6 months after my purchase, one of the monitors stopped working. One monitor worked, the other had no volume. I saw another reviewer report the same issue so I contacted customer service as per the packaging condition guarantee. To get a replacement I had to smash the monitors until they broke and then send a picture showing the damaged parts, they send a replacement. I found it odd, but as soon as I did, they quickly sent me a replacement. The pair worked fine for about a month until the same problem arose. I've used them both for listening to music and playing music on my KORG synths. Nothing unusual. I believe this is a manufacturing defect as I have lost 2 pairs in less than 6 months so do not recommend buying them if you want a set of monitors to last. I will be buying from another brand from now on.
