My ten-year-old daughter has recently become seriously interested in volleyball. It was difficult for her to transition from bottom serve to the more common top serve. I saw the Regius Volleyball Practice Guide on Revain and thought it might be worth a try. It keeps the ball safe and feels comfortable. She has a tournament this weekend and after yesterday's practice went into the driveway to work on her skills. Her serve has definitely improved with regular practice, and she uses a trainer to work on other shots and techniques. My only complaint is that the tether that connects the person to the ball becomes a bit unwieldy when the device is fully extended. It's not really unexpected, but sometimes I see how she'll throw by wrapping it around her shoulder or under her leg. I can try to find a way to keep the group together so it's a little easier to manage. Regardless, I think it's a great option for those who want to work on their volleyball skills and don't have a net and gym that's always available. I can recommend this product and would buy it again.
